This is a spacious family holiday house in a peaceful fishing village Žman on Dugi otok (Croatia-EU), with a sea view, total residential square footage is around 600 m2.
The house has two floors, with three separate, but with wide staircase connected fully equipped and furnished residential units (apartments), each with its separate entrance.The construction, completed in 2004, used carefully selected durable materials (stone, nut wood, Italian ceramics, cast iron). It may be used simply as a holiday resort for large family or friends, but also for tourist purposes - renting of particular apartments). Property entails around 900 m2 of land, with cultivated grass, garden, spacious courtyards, patios and terraces, surrounded with Mediterranean plants and stone decorated outdoor spaces.
The house has 9 rooms in total: 6 large bedrooms with five bathrooms (fitness included) and toilets, three living rooms with adjacent spacious dining rooms, and with completely furnished tiled kitchens, large wine cellar, and of course, all service utilities (central heating, split-device air-conditioning, laundry room, etc.). In addition to two stretched balconies there are three terraces, each with its own stone built barbecue fireplace. Central and most important part of the house for most part of the year is a spacious tiled courtyard 15x13 m, with a sea view and partly shaded with old pine tree branches offering natural shade during hot summer months.
There is also a large attic which is currently in raw state, but with a potential to furnish it into another (fourth) residential unit with approximately 90 m2 surface (all utilities are in place).
Car: ferry (1h35min) from Zadar to Brbinj (Dugi otok), followed by 18 km of driving due south towards Sali. Without car: fast boat (35 min) Zadar-Zaglav (or Sali).
