Apartment "Lavender"

The smallest, but according to our guests also the coziest two room penthouse apartment. Although small is not exactly the right description, since the entire surface comprises around 60 m2 plus large terrace of further 35 m2 which altogether offers close to 100 square meters to the residents of the penthouse.

The apartment is situated on second floor, and the terrace has a magnificent view of the Bay of Žman and nearby islands on the horizon.

It entails a single bedroom and a living room with dining room and kitchen. The entrance is from the main staircase. Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, equipped traditionally: shower, bidet, WC, double sink.

Living room has a pull-out sofa which can be extended into a comfy bed for two, so the apartment can accommodate four persons. Living room has an exit to the already mentioned terrace furnished with a round table for six and a standard open fireplace for your evening barbecue parties.
